Each dress is handmade to order, whether based on standard sizes or custom measurements. Both options are considered personalized, as every dress is crafted from scratch.

Due to the personalized nature of our dresses, production begins immediately after the purchase is made.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or returned and are non-refundable once production has started.
